Case No. 12/2022-23 which is pending before the DCLR, Barh shall be decided by him within six weeks from today after hearing all the parties. The DCLR will get the notice of the proceeding served upon the opposite parties through special messenger and thereafter decide the case in accordance with law.

Until the matter is decided by the DCLR, the status quo as of today shall be maintained on the land in question and it is the duty of the Station House Officer of Police Station Athamal Gola to maintain the status quo.

With the aforesaid observations and directions this application is disposed of.
