The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 67 of 2021 registered under Sections 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that on perusal of seizure list, it appears that petitioner has neither concern with the alleged vehicles nor with the illicit liquor.
