2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 411, 414 of the IPC and Section 25(1-B) (a) 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. The police arrested two co-accused persons namely Vinod Kumar and Guddu Kumar. Allegedly, one motorcycle and one mobile were recovered from their possession. A country-made pistol was also lying at the spot. The arrested accused persons disclosed that the country-made pistol was belonging to the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46942 of 2024(2) dt.10-07-2024 2/2 that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. He has submitted further that the alleged country-made pistol was not recovered from the possession of petitioner. He was not arrested at the spot and his name has figured on the confessional statement of coaccused. He is under custody since 02.04.2024.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances as well as the period of custody and the clean antecedent, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. II, Saharsa in connection with Sour Bazar P.S. Case No. 225 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
