JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 16-02-2018 In view of the statement made in the supplementary affidavit, filed on behalf of the appellant, as well as the communication, dated 25.01.2018, made by the company to the Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (Compliance), a copy of which is Annexure - P-2, this appeal stands disposed off now with a direction upon the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner that the matter will be now resolved in line with the offer made by the company.

The Regional Provident Commissioner's office would be

Patna High Court LPA No.1919 of 2015(7) dt.16-02-2018 2/2 well advised to give finality to the issue within a reasonable time-frame.

A supplementary return would be filed by the company before the authority and the authority will thereafter do the needful within a period of four weeks.
