The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner was apprehended with his friends in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No. 513 of 2014.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner above named be directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Satya Priya Anand, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 706 of 2014.
