====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR was lodged with suspicion that the petitioners have induced the married daughter of the informant to go with them. The FIR was lodged on 10.08.2016. The victim lady lodged an information with the Superintendent of Police of Rewari in the State of Haryana stating therein that she had voluntarily left her house in search of job and no one has induced her to leave the house. She does not want to go with the parents or her husband.

Considering the statement of the victim, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur/successor Court in connection with Katra Police Station Case No. 64 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
