The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 119 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273, 467, 471 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has neither concern with the alleged place of occurrence nor with the illicit liquor, as is evident from the seizure list. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below
