2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner killed informant's daughter by pressing her neck with her dupatta.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is husband of the deceased. However, it is the specific case of the informant in the FIR that mother-inlaw, father-in-law and Nanad of the deceased killed her, while this petitioner was working in Surat. Petitioner is in custody since 16.4.2025. Charge sheet has already been filed.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, materials collected during investigation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in Mehandiya Police Station Case No. 166 of 2022.
