This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner allegedly caused injury to Monu Kumar at his both hands and chest with iron rod. Submission of the petitioner is that Monu Kumar has not been examined by the doctor as no injury found on the person of Monu Kumar.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19882 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 352 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
