====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that when she intervened in the occurrence petitioner assaulted with dabia causing injury on head.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that on account of dispute relating to land the present occurrence is alleged to have taken place, it is next submitted that petitioner

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that assault is on vital part of the body and the injury is grievous as recorded in the impugned order.

Considering the submission made by the learned A.P.P. for the State, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. (Satyavrat Verma, J) GauravSinha/- U T
