1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned APP for the State along with learned counsel for the O.P. No.2, Mr. Mohit Agrawal.

2. The learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 at the outset submits that he has instruction to make submission that the O.P. No.2 shall have no grievance in the event if the present quashing application is allowed, as the dispute between the husband and wife has been resolved and the petitioners herein are father-inlaw and mother-in-law of the O.P. No.2.

3. The learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6794 of 2018(3) dt.18-01-2024 2/2 the petitioners also submit that the dispute between the O.P. No.2 and her husband stands resolved.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the O.P. No.2, the order dated 05.12.2017 passed by the learned A.C.J.M., Danapur in Danapur P.S. Case No.79 of 2014 whereby cognizance of offence under Sections 341, 313, 323, 498(A), 504, 34 and 120(B) of the IPC read with Section 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been take, is hereby quashed.
