The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 211 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that injuries caused in the alleged occurrence are simple in nature. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory
