No.32058/2023 to the extent of correcting the father's name and address of the petitioner and also to extend the period to surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the aforesaid order, the father's name and address of the petitioner has been wrongly mentioned as 'son of Sachidanand Ojha, Resident of Village-Basahi, Police Station-Rajpur, DistrictBuxar'. The same was inadvertently wrongly mentioned in the bail petition of Cr. Misc. No.32058/2023. The correct father's

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49827 of 2023(2) dt.02-08-2023 2/2 name and address of the petitioner is mentioned in the cause-title of the present modification application.

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, order dated 24.06.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.32058/2023 is modified to the extent that in the order-sheet at cause-title portion, the father's name and the address of petitioner be read as "son of Sant Kumar Mishra, resident of village- Maharaja Hata, ward no.14, P.S. Nagar, District-Buxar". 4.

Further, in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Buxar Mahila P.S. Case No.52 of 2022, pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Buxar, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rupees Two Thousand) in Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. 5.

The order dated 24.06.2023, passed in Cr. Misc. No.32058/2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above. Let this order be read along with the order aforesaid. 6.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
