2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) To quash and set aside Annexure-9 i.e. the order dated 8th January, 2014 passed in B.L.T. Case No. 554 of 2013 by the Learned Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna whereby and whereunder the learned Chairman of the Tribunal while setting aside the concurrent findings recorded by the Circle Officer, Deputy Collector Land Reforms and Additional Collector in Mutation Case, Mutation Appeal and Mutation Revision, as contain and in Annexure-1, 2, and 3 the Learned Tribunal was pleased to direct the Circle Officer, Rajgir to pass an order mutating the name of the Private Respondent no. 5, namely, Nirja Yadav with respect to the disputed land in

Patna High Court CWJC No.4593 of 2014(6) dt.30-06-2025 2/2 question within three months;

(ii) As a consequence of grant of relief (i) may further be pleased to direct for restoration of the orders dated 14.02.2012 (Annexure-4), 28.09.2012 (Annexure-5) and 11.03.2013 (Annexure-6) passed by the Circle Officer, Deputy Collector Land Reforms and Additional Collector in Mutation Case No. 2026/11-12, Mutation Appeal No. 01/12-13 and Mutation Revision No. 25/12-13 respectively;

(iii) Any other relief or relief (s) which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
