The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Derni P.S. Case No. 79 of 2015 registered under Sections272, 290 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section-47(A) of the Bihar Excise Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neither named in the first information report nor owner of the alleged liquor or vehicle.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000-
