2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 324, 326, 307, 364, 302, 201, 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per FIR, 9 named along with 5-6 unknown persons brutally assaulted the son of the informant who died while being taken to hospital.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits from perusal of the FIR it is apparent that the informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence. Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Informant has not disclosed as to how he came to know about the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44722 of 2025(3) dt.21-11-2025 2/2 Ajeet Kumar has already been granted regular bail by this Court vide order dated 09.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16408 of 2025. Petitioner is in custody since 05.12.2024

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that petitioner carries eight criminal antecedents.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, period of custody and the fact that similarly situated other co-accused person has already been granted regular bail by this Court, the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Chitragupt Nagar P. S. Case No. 27 of 2024.
