JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 15-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the University. No one appears for the State. It is stated by learned counsel for the L.N. Mithila University that pursuant to the order under contempt the steps were taken and whatever amount was found due and payable to the petitioner, have already been paid.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that payments have been made on the basis of re-calculation after reverting the late husband of the petitioner to a lower post. Be that as it may, so far as the order under contempt
Patna High Court MJC No.4262 of 2013 (2) dt.15-07-2016 2/2 is concerned, the same appears to have been complied with. The contempt application is dismissed.
If the petitioner has any grievance with regard to the action of the opposite parties, then she may take recourse to appropriate proceedings.
