2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30117 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that due to communication gap, the petitioner was not aware of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30117 of 2019 whereby he has been granted provisional bail. As such, he could not furnish bail bond within time stipulated by this Court.

4. For the reasons stated above, time for surrender and furnishing bail bond in terms of the order dated 10.05.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30117 of 2019 is hereby extended by a period of four
