The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dalsingsarai P.S.Case no.62 of 1984 registered for offences punishable under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. It appears that the case is of the year, 1984 and the cognizance has also been taken in the year, 1985. A Criminal Revision was also filed, which has been dismissed and on 5.1.2018 warrant of arrest has also been issued against him. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
