Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S. Case No. 905 of 2016 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 354(b) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a case and counter case and specific allegation of assault is against co-accused Mahendra Singh and Suresh Singh. He also submits that there is altercation between the parties and both sides have received injury. The place of occurrence has also not been

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town (Darigaon) P.S.
