This writ application was filed for a direction to the respondents to make payment of Rs.1,60,081/- against the works done by the petitioner.

A counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent nos.2, 3 and 4 in which a categorical statement has been made in paragraphs 6 and 7 that the final payment has already been made to the petitioner vide voucher No.14 dated 14.12.2013 for an amount of Rs.1,40,060/-.

Learned counsel for the State is present. He has drawn the attention of this Court towards Annexure-B to the counter affidavit in which the petitioner has given due discharge to the State.
