JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 12-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. Counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the cause title during the course of the day. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-payment of honorarium.

Without going to the details of the claim raised in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation before the Assistant

Patna High Court CWJC No.708 of 2016 (2) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 Registrar, IGNOU (respondent no.6).

If such representation is filed alongwith a copy of this order within a period of one month, the respondent no.6 is required to take final decision on such representation and decide the claim of the petitioner for payment of honorarium. In case, the respondent no.6 finds substance in the claim of the petitioner for payment of honorarium, he will pass a reasoned and speaking order within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and if it is found that the petitioner is entitled to monetary benefit, the same must reach the petitioner within a further period of two months from the date of such decision.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
