JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 17-09-2019 From the averments made in the counter affidavit, it appears that medical reimbursement to the tune of Rs. 1,53,102/- and Rs. 69828/- have been found admissible and steps have been taken for reimbursement of the said amounts in respect of treatment of the petitioner as he was SubInspector in the police force. Two amounts have been found admissible as per letters dated 04.06.2013 and 30.01.2015 respectively issued by the Director General of Police, Bihar, Patna.

No one appears for the petitioner.
