Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawadah (Kadirganj O.P.) P.S. Case No. 1003 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 349 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accused/petitioner is named in the F.I.R. and is in custody since 16.05.2022.
The allegation against the petitioner is to cause death of sister of the informant along with family member and other co-accused persons, due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry, as raised for one motorcycle and unexplained amount of cash.

No.44652 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/3 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that petitioner is mother-in-law, living separately with deceased and husband having no connection with daily and domestic affairs. It is also pointed out that allegation is very much general and omnibus against this petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner further pointed out that the prayer of bail of husband of this petitioner, who is father-in-law of the deceased, having similar allegation, has already been granted bail by one of the learned co-ordinate Bench of this Court, through Cr. Misc. No. 30412 of 2021 dated 24.08.2021. While concluding the argument, it is submitted that petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent and moreover, investigation of this case has been completed, for which, charge-sheet has already been submitted, as such, there is no chance of tampering with the evidence.
Learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State, opposes the prayer of bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances as mentioned above, as petitioner is living separately with deceased and her husband, where, petitioner is a lady having clean antecedent coupled with the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be

Case No. 1003 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Nawada/concerned court, subject to the condition as mentioned under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
