Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on 30.01.2017, the petitioner has been granted bail by this Court passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.2073 of 2017, but inadvertently, in the cause title the village name of the petitioner has been typed as „Sajewa‟ in place of „Sarewa‟ In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 30.01.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.2073 of 2017, the village name of the petitioner be read as "Sarewa", in place of "Sajewa".

With the aforesaid modification in the order dated 30.01.2017 passed in Criminal Misc. No.2073 of 2017, this application stands disposed of.
