JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-09-2022 Though the present writ petition was filed for payment of the retiral dues of the petitioner herein as also for grant of the benefits of ACP / MACP, however, it is not in dispute that the entire retiral dues of the petitioner has stood paid, nonetheless, as far as grant of benefits of ACP / MACP is concerned, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 2 i.e. the Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Commercial Tax

It is needless to state that in case, appropriate representation is filed before the Respondent No. 2 by the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be disposed of by a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
