The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 40/2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 30(a), 32(ii)(iii), 36,41(i)(ii) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Considering the order dated 11.07.2022 passed by the Supreme Court and the order dated 22.04.2022 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 18306 of 2022 and the considering the fact that the petitioner has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44195 of 2022(2) dt.31-08-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Court No. 1, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 40/2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. The petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Police Station on the 1st Sunday of each month.
