2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 337, 309, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant and his family members, on account of which 4 persons sustained injuries.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both the parties are neighbours and due to land dispute a simple

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51375 of 2023(2) dt.18-08-2023 2/2 occurrence of maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injury. Case and counter case. Injuries caused by these petitioners are found to be simple in nature.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the nature of injury and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of JMFC, Gaya in connection with Mufassil P.S.
