Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273, 308, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is a resident of different locality. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4178 of 2017 (3) dt.27-02-2017 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 212 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
