Counsel for the petitioners is directed to remove the defect(s), as pointed out by the office, within a period of four weeks. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered under Sections 420, 120(B), 467, 468, 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case, in short, is that the accused persons mutated 7 acres of land in their name, which belonged to the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the present case. As per the allegation, a mutation of the land in question was made in favour of the co-accused. The petitioners are the employees in Circle Office, Sheohar. The matter relates to civil dispute. The informant has remedy under the law for preferring an appeal against the order passed by the Circle Officer. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are named in the complaint case/F.I.R.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Sheohar P.S. case No.248 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
