2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 02.03.2016 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Gaya in Complaint Case No. 1884 of 2016/3163 of 2015 by which the learned Court below took cognizance under Sections 498A of the IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner at the very outset has submitted that this application has become
