Petitioner is accused in connection with Sugauli P.S. Case No. 427 of 2020 registered under Sections 379, 411, 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 29.08.2020. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
