2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323,324,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner inflicted knife blow on the back side of the informant which injury was found to be dangerous to life by the doctor.
