2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that Arun Kumar Bhattacharya, who was similarly situated to the petitioner had moved the Court in C.W.J.C. No. 2152 of 2015, which has been disposed off by a co-ordinate Bench on 05.05.2015 with the direction to the Vice Chancellor to

Patna High Court CWJC No.3008 of 2015 dt.18-01-2018 2/2 take a decision on the claim of the petitioner. It was prayed that the present writ application be also disposed off in similar terms.

3. On a specific query of the Court as to whether Arun Kumar Bhattacharya was similarly situated to the petitioner, learned counsel for the University does not controvert the position.

4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off in terms of order dated 05.05.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2152 of 2015.
