The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Town (Ratanpur O.P.) P. S. Case No.477 of 2021, instituted for the offences under Section 353 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 37(c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case.

Allegation against this petitioner is that he was found in an intoxicated condition.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was not found in intoxicated condition rather the

Learned A.P.P. opposes the bail application.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 30.07.2021 and charge-sheet has been submitted in this case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Town (Ratanpur O.P.) P. S. Case No.477 of 2021. The application stands allowed.
