This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the order dated 12.5.2016 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Madhubani in M. R. case no. 101 of 2011 by which the learned court has directed the petitioner to pay Rs. 2000/- per month to opposite party no.2 as an interim maintenance till disposal of the said case.

The impugned order been passed by the Principal Judge Family Court Madhubani directing the petitioner to make payment of ad interim maintenance to opposite party no.2 . The learned Court below has not passed the final order in the matter

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has submitted that petitioner is not even making payment of ad interim maintenance as directed by the Court below This Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order.

This Cr. Misc. petition is dismissed.

The Court below is directed to pass final order in the case expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
