Learned counsel for the State has pointed out from the statements made in the show cause that claim of the petitioner was duly considered and the amount found admissible being Rs. 2,29,434/- has been paid after deduction at source. It has further been informed that a sum of Rs. 52,132/- is found payable to the petitioner for which he has been called upon to provide the details

Patna High Court MJC No.1325 of 2016 (5) dt.27-08-2018 of his bank account and as soon as the details will be made available, the payment shall also be credited in his account. A written order passed by Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Govt. of Bihar has been brought on record.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Court does not find any reason to proceed with the contempt application. It is disposed off with an observation that the department shall deposit the given amount of Rs. 52,132/- in the account of the petitioner within a week's time from the date of submission of information with regard to the bank account of the petitioner in the office of Engineer-in-Chief-cum-Special Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Govt. of Bihar. The petitioner will have a liberty to challenge the order of the Engineer-in-Chief-cumSpecial Secretary, Public Health Engineering Department, Govt. of Bihar by which the other claims of the petitioner have not been accepted.

The contempt application, accordingly, stands disposed off.
