Patna High Court MJC No.2364 of 2019(7) dt.06-07-2022 2/3 calculated the differential arrears of salary for the period November 1993 to May 2022, which totals up to a sum of Rs. 69,53,148/-. However, It is the stand of the University that an excess amount of Rs. 3,01,528/- has been paid to the petitioner. Per contra, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that three advance increment, which ought to have been granted to the petitioner on account of completing Ph.D. during his service period, has not been granted while calculating the total amount of differential salary, however, it is the case of the petitioner that he was getting the same earlier.

At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Vice-Chancellor, B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura for redressal his aforesaid grievances.

It is thus directed that in case, the petitioner files appropriate representation before the Vice-Chancellor, B.N.Mandal University, Madhepura within a period of four weeks from
