Learned counsel for the State is not present. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged against the petitioner that she was appointed as contractual lady teacher on the basis of forged documents (marks-sheet).

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has annexed the certificate of Sanskrit Shiksha Board due to lack of knowledge. She has now been removed from service. It has further been submitted that another co-accused with similar allegation has already been granted anticipatory bail by a

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3640 of 2017 (3) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 16.2.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. 6221 of 2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioner, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 184 of 2016, she shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.
