Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Barahiya P.S.Case No. 157 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the written report, allegation against this petitioner is of assaulting the elder brother of the informant with butt of the pistol and also with Ghutta causing injury on his head and right hand. The case diary has been received. Learned APP after perusing the case diary has submitted that process under Section 82 Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the petitioner. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16118 of 2018(3) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 Prayer for anticipatory bail to the petitioner stands rejected. Petitioner may surrender before the Court below and make prayer for regular bail .
