Patna High Court CWJC No.17618 of 2015 (2) dt.24-04-2018 2/2 24-04-2018 A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioners. Let the same be kept on record. Heard the learned counsels for the petitioners and the respondents.
In the light of the recommendation of the District Magistrate, Aurangabad dated 04.06.2014 for petitioners' regularization on the Group-D post in different divisions, the petitioners' counsel submits that though they have been found eligible for regularization, subject to verification of their educational testimonials, but no action has been taken till date. Since the decision has already been taken under the letter dated 04.06.2014 of the District Magistrate, no useful purpose would be served to keep the case pending. Let the District Magistrate, Aurangabad complete the formalities pursuant to his recommendation dated 04.06.2014 in favour of the petitioners for their regularization within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, in accordance with law.
