The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 191 of 2016 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is of recovery of 10 litres of toddy. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovery. It is also submitted that on the basis of suspicion, petitioner has been made accused in this case. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within
