From perusal of record it appears that this appeal is valued Rs. 10,200. As per the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Court (Bihar Amendment Act) 2013 (Bihar Act 14, 2014) pecuniary jurisdiction for filing of appeal against the order passed by Munsif upto Rs. 10 lacs lie with the concerned District Judge. As the impugned order has been passed by Munsif Sadar, Sitamarhi, hence, this appeal is not maintainable here. Accordingly, this appeal is disposed of. Let the memo of appeal be returned to the appellant to file the same before appropriate forum.
