In view of the order as contained in Annexure-A and the receipt showing payment of Rs. 528211.00 in Annexure-D attached to the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 4, this contempt application cannot proceed. It is dismissed accordingly.

The petitioner, if aggrieved by the order of rejection of some of the claims, may pursue his remedy in accordance with law.
