The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to enmity. There is case and counter case between the parties. Injuries have been found to be simple in nature. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5075 of 2017 (4) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Dharmendra Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Katihar in connection with Katihar Muffasil P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
