Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State through virtual mode.
The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Turkaulia P.S. Case No. 245 of 2021 lodged under Sections 302, 120 (B)/34 of the I.P.C.
As per the prosecution case, the present case has been lodged against 5 named accused persons including the petitioner. Informant has stated in the F.I.R. that the father-inlaw of the informant had soiled certain land, about which her husband inquired in the family, on which the named accused persons including the petitioner strangulated the neck and killed

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per the F.I.R., there is no witness of occurrence. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 25.08.2021 having clean antecedent and charge sheet has already been filed in this case.
Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner that he may renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
