Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission is that charge has been framed under Section 306 I.P.C. as mother and sister of the deceased stated before the police that the victim committed suicide as no mobile phone was provided to her. Petitioner is husband of the victim. He is in custody since 18.10.2019. Investigation of the case is already complete.

Considering the submission aforesaid, there is no need for further detention of the petitioner as undertrial prisoner, hence let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with

No.31 of 2021(3) dt.07-04-2021 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Babubarhi Police Station Case No.178 of 2019 corresponding to S.T.No.37 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
