By filing the present application, the petitioner seeks extension of time granted under order dated 13.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 47988 of 2016 for his surrender and getting the privilege of anticipatory bail as directed by the said order. It is stated, referring to the statement made in paragraph 3, that the said order could not be transmitted to the court concerned. Additionally, it has been submitted that if the said order is modified the same be directed to be transmitted through fax at the cost of the petitioner.

Considering the above, the present application is allowed. Time granted under order dated 13.12.2016 for surrender of the petitioner is extended to 27.02.2017 enabling the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1706 of 2017 (2) dt.15-02-2017 2/2 to surrender and furnish the bail bonds, as directed under order dated 13.12.2016.

Let the order passed today be additionally transmitted through fax to the court concerned at the cost deposited by the petitioner.
