Petitioner seeks bail in Kanti P.S. Case No.402 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395, 397 Indian Penal Code.

First Information Report is against unknown. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Police has arrested the petitioner merely on suspicion.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner,

No.43640 of 2019(2) dt.19-07-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SDJM, West, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Kanti P.S. Case No.402 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
