The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S. Case No. 292 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case in between the parties for the land dispute. Further submission is that both the parties have sustained injuries.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within

No.1389 of 2017 (3) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M., Katihar in connection with Barari (Semapur) P.S.
